- Upon completion of the first review, if there are comments for corrections, they are type and returned to customer
- Once corrections have been made and re-submitted, then a permit will be issued if all code issues have been satisfied
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The City of Tolleson accepts only cash, checks or money orders payable to the City of Tolleson for payment of plan review fees - credit card payments are not accepted.
Inspections
- Provide inspections in all phases of construction during the project
- Inspection requests must be called in one business day prior to the date of inspection by 4:30 p.m.

Permit Information
Code Enforcement
The Department handles all code and ordinance enforcement issues. All complaints are investigated and if found to be in violation, they are issued a notice to abate the situation. All complaints relating to zoning or ordinance violations can be made in person or by calling 623-936-7111.
Business Licenses
- Department handles question relating to business licenses
