Declaration of Emergency Effective March 17, 2020

All city facilities are closed and services are being conducted via phone, email and/or online.
City Hall phone hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 623-936-7111. As Governor Ducey’s Stay at Home Order is set to expire May 15th, Tolleson Phased Reopening Plan will begin by only reopening City Hall in Phase 1 beginning May 18th.

It is our responsibility to prioritize the health of Tolleson’s residents, visitors, and employees, the Tolleson City Mayor, Anna Tovar has declared a state of emergency in the city of Tolleson resulting in the closures of bars and restricting restaurant dining rooms, and moving restaurants to delivery/take-out/drive-thru only.

The City of Tolleson will not shut off your water for non-payment during COVID-19 pandemic. Washing your hands with soap and water is a very important component in stopping the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease).

If you are experiencing difficulty paying your utility bill during this time for any reason please call 623-936-7111 as soon as possible to make payment arrangements.
