Tolleson Public Library Temporarily Closed

Tolleson Public Library will close to the public beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 to support the overall health and safety of our community.  Visit the Tolleson COVID-19 page to see until when the Library is closed. We know the Library is a critical resource for residents of Tolleson. We are taking steps to support our patrons as much as possible during this temporary closure.

All cardholders will have access to electronic resources during the closure.

All accounts nearing their expiration date have been renewed to insure access.

Electronic resources accessible through the library website with your library card include:

Overdrive- access to e-books and audiobooks

Kanopy- access to thousands of movies, including Story Time & children’s programs

Hoopla- access to movies, music, children’s & adult audiobooks, comics and TV shows

RB Digital – electronic magazines

Educational databases and online tools for kids and parents:

Gale Resources

Chilton Library

Legal Forms

Literature Resource Center

Reference USA

  • Rocket Languages

All due dates for materials will be extended beyond the closure period.

The outdoor book drop will be closed during this time period.  Please hold on to materials until the library reopens.

The Census Lab will reopen when the library reopens.  Patrons can access Census resources online.

Please check our website and Facebook for valuable information and updates.

Library staff will respond to calls at 623 936-2746 from 8AM – 5PM weekdays during the closure.
